Thermes de la Léchère: wellbeing at the base of the mountains
Set in the heart of the Savoy region of France, at the entrance to the Tarentaise Valley, Thermes de la Léchère thermal resort has been welcoming cure patients for over 150 years. The company behind the resort, Eaux Thermales de La Léchère, has developed its business around its thermal centre, attending to spa-goers all throughout their stay.
Thermes de la Léchère boasts a thermal centre; the Spa Õ des Lauzes, a 1500 m2 complex with 20 treatment rooms; two hotels, 2* and 3*; two hotel residences; and restaurant Õ à la Bouche. With this kind of infrastructure, it was clear that a centralised system for managing cures and stays was needed. In Septeo Hospitality, the resort found the ideal software suite to cover all its activities: thermal treatment, hospitality, restaurant and spa.
When the Spa Õ des Lauzes was opened in 2012, the company called upon Septeo Hospitality and its spa management software Nymphéa once again. Catherine Jay, Administrative Manager at Eaux Thermales de la Léchère, explains: “for many years, Nymphéa has given us the best possible schedule management for our thermal centre and billing system for our cures. That’s why we had Nymphéa Spa installed when we opened our spa. Plus, its compatibility with Septeo Hospitality PMS meant we could transfer bills for guests at our hotel complex.”
“Nymphéa makes our everyday business easier: accounting, dealing with social organisations, mailing and statistical analysis.”
