How to set up your next tourist season in Resalys by importing your rates
Set up your next season in Resalys with ease by importing your rates. You can set your rates in Excel© then import them into Resalys to populate your rate grids.
The Excel© file must be saved in CSV format and contain the following information to avoid any errors when performing the import:
Field | Mandatory | Possible values | Description |
date | yes | YYYY-MM-DD | Period starting date. Format type needed : YYYY-MM-DD |
campaign_code | yes | Alphabetic characters | Sales campaign code, for example: S14 for summer 2014 |
etab_id | yes | digit | Property number : example : 2 |
product_code | yes | Alphabetic characters | Product item code on which you want to set a standard rate |
other_code | no | Alphabetic characters | Product item default code |
room_type_code | no | Alphabetic characters | Property type |
price | no | digit | Standard rate : example : 105€ |
end_date | yes | YYYY-MM-DD | Period end date. Format type needed : YYYY-MM-DD |
base_product | no | original= 1; specific = 0 | Original or specfic product item |
This import populates your daily rate grids in Resalys.
