The Hotels Consulting Company (THCC) regularly organises events with the aim of developing a community based on sharing and exchanging among hotel and restaurant professionals. On the 14th October, THCC is organising a workshop based around optimising EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Tax), in Paris.
