Resalys neo v.8.2

• Sending stay documents by email: for a given booking record, you can now attach PDF documents uploaded from your workstation and add recipients on blind copy.
• Fast check-out and in-house guest management: a new stay summary is available, listing the products in the booking record, and the products and extra bills for each guest. It's especially useful at check-out, when billing and settling the booking record.
• Possibility to edit the payment entry date in the booking records (subject to user rights).
• Property management > Extra bill payment log: improved presentation, now containing a product transfer log and an added/deleted extra bill log for greater traceability.
• Referral programme in individual customer records: you can now enter a referrer as soon as a customer record is created.
• Property owner records: when an owner changes their password in their online area, it no longer needs to be validated in the back office.

Winhôtel v.17.1

• Month-end closing becomes day-end closing, accessible in the Closing menu.
• Products billed with zero VAT in Winrestau and transferred to Winhôtel no longer go into mixed-rate VAT. They remain as zero VAT in Winhôtel.
• When deleting a booking record with deposits held, the bill number no longer disappears when the item set for the deposit no longer exists.

Winrestau v.17.1

• Possibility to take payment for partial bills from the billing section.
• PDA Orderman: use of the same colours for the table view as in Winrestau.
• Improved interface settings with eSeason and Resalys.
• Accounts receivable summary: changes to how the total excluding taxes and the VAT are calculated.
• Products billed with zero VAT in Winrestau and transferred to Winhôtel no longer go into mixed-rate VAT. They remain as zero VAT in Winhôtel.

Nymphéa v.6.18.4.3

• 23Stock management (Nymphéa Spa² and M3):
  • It's now possible to enter stock by brand or by product family.
  • When taking an order, you can view and select past items ordered/delivered from this supplier.

  • Treatment and appointment calendar: new fields are available: the client's date of birth, post code and town/city, contact details; and the name of the doctor/treatment prescriber (version M3 only).

E-Nymphea Collexion

The pop-up management module is now available on your online booking site. You can create and edit pop-up ads that you can link to the URL of your choice for immediate publication, via your control panel: MY CONTENT > Manage POP-UPS.
