Is there a better way to present guests with their provisional bill?

From our experience with our hotel manager clients, we realised how tricky it can be sometimes to present the guest with their bill when they're checking out.

Generally there are two ways of presenting a provisional bill to your guests:

• Directly on your screen, with the risk of revealing confidential information
• Print it and hand it to the guest, with the risk of having to print it out again each time there's a change to be made.

This is why, to simplify this daily task, we've added an option to Asterio to facilitate the presentation of bills to your guests.

Display bills quickly and easily on a separate screen or tablet!

You can now present your guest with their provisional bill in all simplicity.

If you only have one computer screen, you can use the "Customer display" button to display the pro forma invoice in full-screen mode. If you have another screen such as a monitor or tablet, you can use it to present the document, so your guest can check their provisional bill when checking out. You can then email it to them to avoid printing out paper bills.
