2016 Michelin star winners presented in Paris by L'Hôtellerie-Restauration magazine
L’Hôtellerie-Restauration magazine honoured all new Michelin star holders in 2016, at its annual cocktail party in Paris on Monday.
This is a unique event in French haute cuisine, and the moment to pay proper tribute to the 54 new stars awarded in France (two 3-star awards, ten 2-stars and forty-two 1-stars).
For 2016, we're delighted to include a new establishment among our Michelin-star clients: Le P'tit Polyte and its Chef Mathew Hegarty.
We were there to congratulate and meet our clients and partners.
