Sequoiasoft announces the acquisition of the CHR branch of Cegid

On the 18th June, Sequoiasoft finalised the acquisition of the Hotel-Restaurant branch of Cegid CHR.

This operation, which is to take effect on the 1^st July 2014, will help Sequoiasoft speed up its development and become the leading French software developer in the hospitality and wellness market, with a €10 M turnover, 80 team members and 2000 sites equipped.

With this move, the Sequoiasoft group, developer of Homing, Nymphéa and Resalys, confirms its position as a major player in the tourism industry.

It's a continuation of our development project, which is based on expanding our client base and building a comprehensive SaaS product," comments Patrice Guyot, Co-founder and President of Sequoiasoft.

The Group will soon be opening a new office in the Part-Dieu business district of Lyon to continue service for the YourCegid^© hotel and restaurant solutions, previously developed by Cegid.
