On the 18^th June, the Sequoiasoft group, founded by ADN-informatique and SoftBooking in 2010, finalised the acquisition of Cegid's hospitality and restaurant activity.

This move, which takes effect on the 1^st July, gives Sequoiasoft a boost in its development, making it one of the leading software companies in the hospitality & wellness market, with a €10m turnover, 80 members of staff and 2,000 customer sites.

The Sequoiasoft group, publisher of Resalys and Nymphéa software, strengthens its position as a major player in the tourism industry.

In order to uphold service for the YourCegid^© hotel and restaurant solutions, developed up until now by Cegid, Sequoiasoft will soon be opening a new office in Lyon.
